I actually sat down with some family members and we tried the Tapping and you can actually feel something good happening while and after you Tap. I love the affirmations that are included with the book and the instructions are so very easy to follow. I was actually able to do this after reading the book just once. The author did such a great job in writing this book. my mother in law will be picking a copy of this up today. I am glad that I was asked to try this book in exchange for my honest and unbiasd review I cant wait to read other works by this autor
5.0 out of 5 starsI had a lot of fun, starting out

I have just finished reading this book, and I have to say I was very impressed! I had a lot of fun, starting out, finding messages in the stones. But the more I went through them and asked more in-depth questions, the more I found that the answers tailored straight to me and my situations. Definitely made me look inward more to ask myself further questions about my life. So happy I got to experience this book.
4.0 out of 5 starsGreat introduction to Chakras

This is a great book for beginners to read so you can become familiar with Chakras and what they are. This is a great overview. Chakras are memory and energy centers linking endocrine glands to the auras. There are 7 chakras The author touches on Mudras, Kuji-In Combo (an exercise that combines prayers, sound and affirmations) I have never heard of Kuji-In combo before. I thought i was familiar with the basics of Chakras and this book showed me that there is more to them. I really enjoyed reading this complimentary book for my review. I recommend reading this book. I have read some his other books and I like them all.
Hi, I'm Paul Ardennes
A Life in Books - Paul's Journey through energies
My interest in informational medicine started when I visited the De La Warr Radionics Laboratories in Oxford UK, in the 70s. Till then, as a psychologist, I had been exposed to traditional medicine.
Informational medicine relates to none of the traditional medicine tennets. We are within the realm of energy fields deep down where the two main bits of equipment mainly relate to white noise and holograms. That is where I discovered radionics and its subdivisions and my journey through energies started. From there, I learnt about thought field therapy (TFT) directly from Dr Callahan, the originator. I also learnt about EFT from Gary Craig, the founder of EFT and a student of Dr Callahan.
My interest into electronic medicine came much later, when my wife died and I started to ask questions to medical doctors, without success. By learning from the experts in holistic medicine, I became comfortable with the bio-electrodynamic constitution of the physical body. By conversing with Dr Karasev, I discovered the mysterious world of cosmos medicine, Scenar/cosmodic. By following directions from Dr Nogier, I became a practitioner in electro-auriculo-therapy. By talking with Professor Harvey, I was introduced to neuromusicology.
